30-day money-back guarantee

Every paid plan — Monthly, Yearly and Lifetime — comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If TokenTrack isn't worth it to you, email leoxundelai@gmail.com within 30 days of the charge, from the address you paid with (or include your Stripe receipt). No questions asked.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Alipay and WeChat Pay refunds follow those providers' timelines. A refunded subscription's license stops renewing; please stop using a refunded Lifetime key.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel Monthly or Yearly at any time by emailing leoxundelai@gmail.com. We cancel it within two business days and confirm by email. You won't be charged again, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Charges older than 30 days aren't refunded, except where the law where you live requires it — in that case the law wins.

Free tier and trial

The free tier and the 14-day Pro trial never ask for a card, so there's nothing to cancel: when the trial ends, the app simply returns to the free tier.
