Terms of Service
Last updated October 1, 2026
These terms cover the TokenTrack app and the gettokentrack.com website. TokenTrack is built and sold by an independent developer based in Québec, Canada ("we"). By downloading the app or buying a license, you agree to them.
The license
- The free tier and the 14-day Pro trial are free to use for personal or work purposes.
- A paid license is for one person. You can use it on all of your own computers, on macOS, Windows and Linux.
- Monthly and Yearly renew automatically until you cancel. Lifetime is a one-time payment and includes every future update we release.
- Don't share, resell or publish your license key, or try to bypass the license check.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown on the website. Payments are processed by Stripe. If we change subscription prices, the new price applies only from your next renewal after we tell you, and you can cancel before then. Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What the numbers mean
TokenTrack estimates the API-equivalent cost of your usage from local logs and published model prices. It's an estimate to help you understand your usage — not an invoice. Your provider's bill is the authoritative figure, and prices can change before we update the app. Budget alerts are reminders; they don't stop or limit any usage.
Privacy
Your usage data stays on your computer. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what the app and website send.
No warranty
TokenTrack is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and running but don't guarantee it will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer-protection law where you live.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and material changes will be announced on this page. If we ever stop selling TokenTrack, the app and your license keep working on your computer. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
